The 33-year-old reached 14-under at Taifong Golf Club, again producing the lowest round of the day. Thailand’s Poosit Supupramai sits second at nine-under after a 68, followed by compatriot Ekpharit Wu at eight-under.

Hung’s bogey-free 65 was fuelled by a fast start of three straight birdies and a long 60-foot putt on the 11th.
Despite feeling weak late in the round, he relied on his deep knowledge of the course—where he last won in 2022—and said even his playing partners joked that “not even Rory or Tiger” could beat him in this form.
Poosit credited improved iron play for his rise up the board, while Ekpharit’s strong putting helped him card a 66.
