Watsons Malaysia unveils RM10mil “Ganjaran Raksasa” rewards campaign for members

Watsons Malaysia has also introduced Watsons Student Club, designed for customers aged 21 and below.

PETALING JAYA: Watsons Malaysia has unveiled its biggest-ever member rewards campaign, “Ganjaran Raksasa”, setting a new milestone in the Malaysia Book of Records for the highest rewards value in a loyalty programme in the country, with over RM10 million in W Rewards.

“Ganjaran Raksasa” which translates Giant Rewards, reflects Watsons’ commitment to rewarding its growing base of more than 8 million Watsons Club members nationwide.

Watsons Malaysia Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer Health & Beauty Asia at A.S. Watson Group, Caryn Loh said the campaign marks a significant step in the brand’s loyalty journey.

“This year, Watsons Ganjaran Raksasa brings loyalty to life by delivering over RM10 million in W Rewards across 150+ brand partners.

“By continuously strengthening the Watsons Club ecosystem, we are building a sustainable rewards platform that drives engagement. We are also proud to once again break the Malaysia Book of Records, reaffirming our commitment to rewarding members at scale while creating shared value for our partners,” she said.

Through W Rewards, members can earn points on purchases, enjoy exclusive savings, and redeem rewards from as little as 10 points.

Points can also be used as instant discounts both in-store and online, while selected products can be redeemed directly in-store for immediate benefits.
