A blind Chinese Paralympics athlete recently went viral for his looks because he resembled an anime character from Jujutsu Kaisen named Satoru Gojo.
Both Hu Mingyao, the Chinese Goalball athlete, and Satoru Gojo sport a head of white hair and wear a black mask covering the eyes.
Another character Hu resembles is 9S (Nines) from the video game Nier: Automata.
Netizens in Weibo got excited and also noted how they are similar in appearance, height and weight as well.
According to MinNews, Hu Mingyao hair colour is due to albinism.
Hu hails from Wenzhou, Zhejiang and is an accomplished athlete. He participated in the national Paralympics three times and won all three championships. Hu also won at the Asian Para Games in 2010 and was a runner up in 2014 and 2018.
