413 individu ditahan dalam Op Tapis Khas Perak, dadah RM87,660 dirampas

IPOH: Polis menahan 413 individu dalam Op Tapis Khas yang dijalankan selama tiga hari bermula 13 hingga 15 Oktober lepas bagi membanteras aktiviti pengedaran dan penagihan dadah di seluruh Perak.

Timbalan Ketua Polis Perak SAC Mohammad Azlin Sadari berkata operasi itu melibatkan 270 anggota termasuk 28 pegawai kanan Polis Diraja Malaysia serta kerjasama tujuh anggota Agensi Antidadah Kebangsaan.

Beliau menyatakan tumpuan operasi diberikan di kawasan Felda, Felcra, ladang swasta, rumah pangsa, dan jeti nelayan yang dikenal pasti sebagai lokasi penagihan.

Daripada jumlah tangkapan, 53 individu disiasat atas kesalahan mengedar manakala 128 memiliki dadah.

Seramai 224 individu disiasat mengikut Seksyen 15 (1) (a) Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952 dan tiga lagi ditahan di bawah Seksyen 3 (1) Akta Dadah (Langkah-langkah Pencegahan Khas) 1985.

Nilai keseluruhan rampasan dadah dianggarkan RM87,660 merangkumi 13.7 kilogram ganja, 2.6 kilogram heroin, dan 92.76 gram syabu.

Rampasan turut termasuk 0.004 liter cecair syabu, 3.11 gram ketamin, 89 pil Erimin 5, dan 35 pil Yaba.

Daun ketum sebanyak 2,000 gram dan 22.2 liter cecair ketum turut dirampas dalam operasi tersebut.

Pihak polis turut menyita empat motosikal, sebuah kereta dan wang tunai bernilai RM24,871.

Sembilan warga asing dari Kemboja, dua dari Thailand, dan masing-masing seorang dari Indonesia, Nepal dan China turut ditahan.

Dalam operasi di Taiping, polis berjaya menahan dua lelaki dan merampas 13.6 kilogram ganja bernilai RM37,700.

Polis juga menemukan 2.3 kilogram heroin dan 0.6 gram syabu bernilai RM22,917 selepas menahan seorang lelaki di Batu Gajah. – Bernama
