Usahawan dan koperasi digesa manfaat insentif Belanjawan 2026

KUALA LUMPUR: Golongan usahawan dan koperasi digesa memanfaatkan sepenuhnya pelbagai insentif dalam Belanjawan 2026.

Menteri Pembangunan Usahawan dan Koperasi Datuk Ewon Benedick berkata belanjawan itu memperuntukkan tidak kurang daripada RM50 bilion termasuk dana dan jaminan pembiayaan.

Peruntukan ini ditujukan kepada perusahaan mikro, kecil dan sederhana (PMKS), koperasi, perusahaan sosial serta industri francais.

“Semua ini hanya kekal dalam rancangan belanjawan sekiranya usahawan-usahawan PMKS dan koperasi tidak datang kepada kerajaan atau kementerian untuk mendapatkan perkhidmatan,” katanya.

Beliau menegaskan peruntukan tersebut merangkumi kemudahan pembiayaan, latihan, bimbingan keusahawanan dan akses kepada pasaran.

Ewon berkata motivasi utama kementeriannya adalah semangat kebersamaan warga KUSKOP dan agensi-agensinya.

“Kami percaya kejayaan usahawan bermula daripada inspirasi,” katanya.

Kementerian sentiasa berkongsi kisah kejayaan usahawan dan koperasi yang menerima bantuan sebagai dorongan.

Ewon menekankan kepentingan teknologi dan digitalisasi seperti transaksi tanpa tunai melalui QR Pay.

Ini selaras dengan Dasar Pembangunan Penjaja Peniaga Kecil terutamanya di Sabah dan Sarawak.

KUSKOP juga memberi fokus khusus kepada pembangunan perusahaan sosial dan pengukuhan gerakan koperasi.

Pelaksanaan Dasar Koperasi Negara dan pelbagai inisiatif di bawah Rancangan Malaysia Ke-13 sedang dijalankan.

Setakat 2024, terdapat lebih 16,000 koperasi dengan keanggotaan 7.2 juta anggota dan perolehan RM68 bilion.

Pencapaian ini menunjukkan sasaran awal telah melebihi.

Beliau menggesa semua pemegang taruh termasuk pesara, belia dan bakal usahawan untuk memanfaatkan program KUSKOP.
