Empat lelaki ditahan disyaki terlibat kes samun senjata, menyamar polis

KUALA LUMPUR: Polis menahan empat lelaki kerana disyaki terlibat dalam kes samun berkumpulan dengan senjata dan menyamar sebagai anggota polis, di sebuah rumah di Jalan Pandan Indah, Ampang, dua hari lepas.

Ketua Polis Daerah Ampang Jaya ACP Mohd Azam Ismail berkata kesemua suspek yang berumur 30 hingga 44 tahun itu ditahan di sekitar ibu negara, semalam.

Beliau berkata seorang lelaki warga Bangladesh dalam aduannya kepada polis mendakwa kejadian berlaku semasa dia bersama tujuh orang lagi berada di rumah, apabila sekumpulan lelaki yang memakai ‘vest’ dan membawa ‘gunting besar’ serta tukul, masuk ke rumah berkenaan dan mengarahkan mereka berkumpul di ruang tamu.

“Suspek kemudian menyelongkar setiap bilik di rumah itu dan mengambil wang tunai, barang kemas, telefon bimbit serta dokumen peribadi milik pengadu dan rakan-rakannya,” katanya dalam kenyataan di sini hari ini.

Beliau berkata setelah menggeledah dan mengambil barang serta wang tunai, kesemua suspek terus beredar dari rumah itu dengan menaiki kenderaan.

Mohd Azam berkata polis turut merampas 31 telefon bimbit, vest dengan tertera perkataan “Polis”, pakaian, tukul besi, kuku kambing, spanar, playar, wang tunai dan tiga kereta susulan penahanan mereka, bagi membantu siasatan.

Beliau berkata semakan lanjut mendapati tiga daripada suspek mempunyai 23 rekod jenayah lampau dan dua rekod dikehendaki berkaitan dadah.

“Hasil ujian air kencing yang dijalankan juga mendapati kesemua suspek positif dadah jenis Meth, Amp serta Opiate, dan kesemua mereka kini direman sehingga 1 Mac depan,” katanya.

Beliau berkata kes disiasat di bawah Seksyen 395/397 Kanun Keseksaan kerana melakukan rompakan berkumpulan bersenjata serta cuba menyebabkan kematian atau cedera parah, dan Seksyen 170 Kanun Keseksaan merujuk kepada kesalahan menyamar sebagai penjawat awam. – Bernama
