PGM Royal Pekan Closed Championship will tees off tomorrow (Tuesday, 13th July 2026) from 7:30am onwards.
The Royal Town of Pekan shall witness the most of Malaysian talented Professionals making their ways here to the challenging with flat terrain golf course layout.
Most of them feels relaxed and comfortable with the surroundings and witnessing the growing township of Pekan.
Ervin Chang who won here last year is optimistic that he may be someone to beat here. Ben Leong who have a few top ten finishes, will also be eyeing for the title. Edven Ying hailing from Pahang will be grinding to ensure another win in his home state.
On the Ladies Championship, Liyana Durisic will be out there looking to add another trophy to her name.
Aretha Pan and Winnie Ng who have been playing overseas is back to give strong contention this week.
Zulaikah Nasser is also surely getting form after her runner up spot at Penang recently.
During the Monday Qualifier today, Cheok Wen Han emerges the top spot. A total of 9 players made the cut line.
