Pilihan Selangor juara TSSC 2025 ke-12, tewaskan Singapura 2-1

KUALA LUMPUR: Pilihan Selangor berjaya mempertahankan kejuaraan Piala Sultan Selangor (TSSC) 2025 dengan menewaskan Pilihan Singapura 2-1 di Stadium Merdeka.

Kemenangan ini menandakan kejayaan keempat berturut-turut dan kejuaraan keseluruhan ke-12 untuk skuad Gergasi Merah dalam sejarah kejohanan sejak 2001.

Perlawanan akhir bermula dengan aksi seimbang daripada kedua-dua pasukan yang saling melancarkan serangan berbahaya.

Harry Danish membuka jaringan untuk Selangor pada minit ke-20 menerusi hantaran tepat Mohamad Faisal Abdul Halim yang berjaya dikepilkan melepasi penjaga gol Singapura Hassan Abdullah Sunny.

Selangor terus mendominasi permainan namun gagal menambah jaringan sebelum separuh masa pertama berakhir.

Singapura berjaya menyamakan kedudukan 1-1 menerusi jaringan Takumi Yokohata tepat pada minit ke-40 permainan.

Pasukan Singapura menunjukkan peningkatan agresif pada separuh masa kedua dengan menguasai lebih banyak possession bola.

Setiap serangan daripada Singapura berjaya dipatahkan oleh barisan pertahanan Selangor yang kukuh.

Perlawanan kemudiannya diselesaikan oleh pemain gantian Chrigor Moraes yang berjaya menyarangkan sepakan penalti pada masa kecederaan.

Gol penalti tersebut mengesahkan kemenangan 2-1 buat Pilihan Selangor sekaligus menjulang trofi TSSC 2025.

Dalam perlawanan veteran, Pilihan Selangor tewas kepada Singapura 4-3 menerusi penentuan sepakan penalti selepas terikat 0-0 sepanjang permainan.

Sultan Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah berkenan merasmikan kejohanan dan menyampaikan trofi kepada pasukan pemenang. – Bernama
