KPDN peruntuk RM300,000 untuk Jualan Rahmah Monsun di Kelantan

KPDN salur RM300,000 untuk Program Jualan Rahmah MADANI Monsun di Kelantan, bantu ringankan beban rakyat terjejas banjir dengan barangan asas harga mampu milik.

TUMPAT: Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Kos Sara Hidup (KPDN) memperuntukkan RM300,000 bagi melaksanakan Program Jualan Rahmah MADANI (PJRM) Monsun di Kelantan.

Peruntukan itu adalah langkah kesiapsiagaan dan intervensi segera kerajaan untuk meringankan kos sara hidup rakyat yang terjejas akibat banjir.

Timbalan Menteri KPDN Datuk Dr Fuziah Salleh berkata peruntukan itu disalurkan berdasarkan pemantauan paras air sungai dan ramalan cuaca serta amaran banjir.

Beliau berkata PJRM Monsun adalah langkah proaktif bagi memastikan penduduk terjejas terus mempunyai akses kepada barangan keperluan asas pada harga berpatutan.

“Sebagai permulaan, PJRM Monsun dilaksanakan di Tapak Futsal Kampung Neting hari ini bermula 10 pagi dengan penawaran barangan keperluan asas pada harga mampu milik,” katanya.

Fuziah berkata program itu menawarkan penjimatan sehingga 30% berbanding harga pasaran kepada penduduk sekitar yang terkesan.

“Pelaksanaan PJRM Monsun bukan sahaja bertujuan meringankan beban perbelanjaan harian rakyat, malah memastikan kelangsungan serta kebolehcapaian bekalan keperluan asas,” katanya.

Dalam masa sama, KPDN Kelantan turut mempertingkatkan pemantauan bekalan dan harga barangan keperluan di kawasan terjejas banjir.

Fuziah berkata KPDN Kelantan turut menjalinkan kerjasama strategik untuk menggerakkan inisiatif Jualan Rahmah di lokasi berhampiran pusat pemindahan sementara.

KPDN turut merancakkan pelaksanaan inisiatif lain di bawah Payung Rahmah seperti PJRM Bergerak ke kawasan pedalaman dan PJRM Musim Perayaan sempena Krismas.

“Selain itu, KPDN Kelantan turut menganjurkan PJRM Kembali Ke Sekolah dari 18 Dis hingga 10 Jan depan di 43 premis,” katanya.

Beliau berkata Skuad Ihsan MADANI yang terdiri daripada warga KPDN juga digerakkan untuk melaksanakan aktiviti gotong-royong di kawasan terjejas banjir.

Fuziah berkata KPDN akan terus memantau perkembangan semasa dan mengambil langkah proaktif bagi memastikan kebajikan rakyat sentiasa terpelihara. – Bernama
