Mesiniaga bags RM90m deal from Telekom

PETALING JAYA: Mesiniaga Bhd has clinched a RM90 million contract from Telekom Malaysia Bhd for the 'Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Post Acceptance Maintenance and Support Services of New IP Core and Service Edge'.
The five year contract started from June 11, 2014 and is expected to contribute positively to the company's earnings over the duration.
Mesiniaga said although the contract will have a positive effect on the earnings per share, it would unlikely to effect on the dividend policy, gearing, share capital and the substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the company for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2014.
