All New Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage Bintang Petaling Jaya Autohaus Unveiled
MERCEDES-BENZ Malaysia Sdn Bhd, together with authorised dealer, Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad (CCB), today marked another milestone in their long-standing partnership with the unveiling of the all new, upgraded CCB Autohaus in Petaling Jaya.
To date, a total of RM43 million has been invested in the CCB Autohaus in Petaling Jaya (CCB PJ). With RM7 million investment in the upgrade, the upgraded Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage Bintang PJ Autohaus (CCB PJ) displays the latest Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI), aimed at enhancing customers’ experience. The new Mercedes-Benz CI ranges from minor to major tangible enhancements.

Strategically located Lot 19, Jalan 51A/219, Off Federal Highway, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, the upgraded CCB PJ makes its debut as the largest Autohaus for Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad, with the latest AMG Performance Centre housed on its first floor. Another unique feature, CCB PJ is the first Autohaus to feature the latest brand design exterior Wall Star.
Spreaded across 150,210 sq ft, CCB PJ accommodates 21 showroom vehicles and is managed by 36 retail staff and 79 after-sales staff. CCB PJ caters to after-sales service demands and with a work bay capacity for 40 Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, providing general and specilised repair solutions.
With customer comfort in mind, CCB PJ features an extended customer lounge area with a vertical garden. In addition, CCB PJ’s latest i-Showroom includes digital touch screens for customers to gain a better understanding of Mercedes-Benz product features and sales processes. CCB PJ also incorporates all the key aspects of the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II), the extensive guide to showroom design.
CCB chief executive officer, Datuk Wong Kin Foo said, “Our history and legacy is intertwined with the Mercedes-Benz brand. We remain ever committed to the growth of the brand in Malaysia and next week we will be introducing our newly renovated Autohaus in Georgetown.
“By end of February we will be relocating from our present showroom in Jalan Tun Razak to the latest and trendiest location in town at the TREC KL. By mid of this year CCB will opens its 12th Autohaus in the country at Cheras to serve the south of Klang Valley customers.
“Our dedication towards delivering exceptional customer experiences continues with another RM30 million investment over the next two years to upgrade our Autohauses in Alor Setar, Bukit Tengah, Juru, Ipoh, Mutiara Damansara and Johor Bahru. We aim to continue creating great new experiences for our customers for many years to come.”
