Deceased man still on electoral roll, says daughter

KUALA LUMPUR: A concerned voter has expressed her surprise after finding out that her deceased father was still registered in the Segambut electoral roll.
Betty Teh said her father, Teh Peck Chim @ Teh Pick Ching, had passed away in December of last year due to cancer. The woman, a cardiologist, said she was alerted by a family member yesterday.
She was speaking during a meet-and-greet session with Pakatan Harapan Lembah Pantai candidate Fahmi Fadzil in Bangsar, here today.
She attended the session with her husband, Ho Wee Chan.
Both are from the parliamentary seat Petaling Jaya Utara which has been renamed Damansara after the redelineation process.
She said a police report would be lodged on the matter.
