KTMB sedia dua tren ETS tambahan sempena Hari Natal, cuti sekolah Disember ini

KUALA LUMPUR: Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) akan menyediakan dua perkhidmatan tren eletrik ETS tambahan bagi laluan KL Sentral-Padang Besar dan sebaliknya sempena sambutan Hari Natal dan cuti sekolah penggal ketiga pada Disember ini.

KTMB dalam kenyataan hari ini memaklumkan, perkhidmatan tambahan itu akan beroperasi selama 10 hari bermula 20 hingga 29 Dis dengan penjualan tiket tren tambahan berkenaan dibuka mulai 10 pagi, 25 Nov.

“Tren tambahan ini menawarkan 630 tiket sehari, menjadikan jumlah keseluruhan sebanyak 6,300 tiket yang merangkumi koc kelas perniagaan. Penambahan perkhidmatan ini dilaksanakan bagi memenuhi permintaan tinggi, khususnya semasa musim perayaan dan cuti sekolah.

“Langkah ini sejajar dengan komitmen KTMB untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan terbaik dalam memastikan perjalanan penumpang lebih selesa, lancar, dan memenuhi keperluan para pengguna,” menurut kenyataan itu.

Jadual operasi tren ETS tambahan bagi laluan Padang Besar ke KL Sentral adalah pada 11.05 pagi manakala dari KL Sentral ke Padang Besar pula pada 5 petang.

KTMB menyarankan orang ramai mendapatkan tiket secara dalam talian dan melihat jadual tren disediakan melalui aplikasi KTM Mobile (KITS) atau di laman sesawang KTMB www.ktmb.com.my.

“Pengguna juga dinasihatkan membeli tiket lebih awal dan tidak menunggu saat akhir bagi mengelakkan kehabisan tiket serta hadir di stesen lebih awal bagi memudahkan urusan dokumentasi dan pemeriksaan di pintu kawalan sekali gus memastikan perjalanan yang lebih lancar,” menurut KTMB.
