Wearing a face mask can feel really uncomfortable due to the heat and humidity, but no one has it worse than those who wear spectacles. While some of us battle with the uncomfortable feeling, our bespectacled peers have the added challenge of dealing with foggy lenses.
Luckily, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department has shared some tips to prevent spectacles from fogging up while wearing a face mask.
They are:
1. Fold the top of the mask
Fold the top fourth of the mask before wearing it. This prevents hot air from being blown out underneath your spectacles.
2. Fold a tissue over the mask
Instead of folding down the top of the mask, you can drape a piece of tissue over the mask before putting it on.
With these two simple tips, hopefully our bespectacled peers would not have to suffer in silence anymore.
