A video showing a petrol station employee helping an elderly Chinese man who had fallen off his motorcycle has gone viral, touching the hearts of many Malaysians.
In the 11-second TikTok clip, the woman explained that the elderly man had stopped by a petrol station in Gopeng to refuel when she noticed cuts and bruises on his face.
According to her, the man shared that he failed to see a road hump while riding his motorcycle, causing him to lose control and fall.
Concerned for his safety, the worker asked the man to sit down at the petrol station before retrieving a first aid kit.
In the video, she can be seen gently applying yellow antiseptic lotion to the bruises on his face.
The video was accompanied by a message highlighting unity and compassion:
