KUALA LUMPUR: The Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department will implement traffic diversions in Sepang for the Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix 2025 at the Sepang International Circuit from October 24 to 26.

Director Datuk Seri Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri stated that these diversions aim to ensure smooth traffic flow and road user safety on the circuit’s entry and exit routes during the three-day event.

He confirmed that 177 senior and junior police officials will be stationed at strategic locations to assist with traffic control.

Visitors travelling to the Sepang International Circuit should use the entrance route via the KLIA Mosque Roundabout towards the circuit’s parking area.

Those coming from Sepang, Enstek, Labu, and Nilai can enter via the KLIA Quarters traffic lights.

An alternative entrance route is available via the KLIA Cargo Roundabout to Jalan Pekeliling leading to the circuit parking lot.

For exiting the circuit, spectators can use the route from the parking lot towards the SIC traffic lights.

They should then turn right onto Jalan Kuaters KLIA towards Sepang and Enstek.

Motorists also have the option to exit the parking area towards the Bukit Tinjau traffic lights.

They can then turn left onto Jalan Pekeliling and proceed to the Cargo Roundabout.

Mohd Yusri urged motorists to cooperate fully and use the alternative routes while planning their journeys in advance to avoid congestion. – Bernama
