A man who claimed his father fell is arrested for murder after medical evidence shows blunt force trauma, leading to the elderly victim’s death.
SERI KEMBANGAN: A man who claimed his semi-conscious father had fallen has been arrested for murder after the elderly victim died from his injuries.
The 40-year-old suspect rushed his 76-year-old father to Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz on January 19, stating the victim had fallen several times at their home.
An initial medical inspection found the bruises on the victim’s body were inconsistent with a fall and were caused by a blunt object.
