The Home Ministry postpones all OSC interviews for foreign worker management until Jan 19 to improve counter services and coordination.

PUTRAJAYA: All interview-related matters at the Home Ministry’s One-Stop Centre for Foreign Worker Management have been postponed until January 19.

The ministry stated this allows for coordination and improvements to counter services.

The postponement covers post-approval interviews under Section 60K of the Employment Act 1955.

It also includes quota applications and employer change interviews.

Other matters not involving interviews will proceed as usual from Monday, January 5.

Enquiries can be directed to the ministry’s email at [email protected].

Applications for 2025 foreign worker quotas will be open from January 19 to March 31.

This special period covers applications for all government-approved sectors and subsectors.

Eligibility criteria must be met, including for the services sector under the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living.

Applications for the services sector had previously closed early.
