No toll hike for 10 highways in 2026, says Fahmi

KUALA LUMPUR: Motorists will not face any toll rate increases on 10 highway concessions in 2026, the government confirmed.

Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil said the decision, announced yesterday, will have financial implications for the government, which will absorb the cost.

“The 10 highway concessions will not experience any toll rate increases next year.

The government will bear the financial impact, and details will be issued in a statement by the Works Minister, insyaAllah today,” he said.
