Prime Minister’s contribution aims to ease the former national striker’s medical needs and boost his recovery.
KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has extended a contribution to former national and Selangor striker Azman Adnan, who is scheduled to undergo knee surgery on Nov 26.
The contribution was handed over by the Prime Minister’s political secretary, Datuk Ahmad Farhan Fauzi, during a meeting this morning.

Ahmad Farhan said Anwar’s contribution was aimed at easing Azman’s medical needs and giving encouragement to the national football legend.
“May the surgery proceed smoothly, may all matters be eased, and may Abang Man return stronger to continue contributing his expertise to the development of Malaysian football,” he said in a Facebook post today. – Bernama
