Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim chaired a special development planning meeting in Pasir Puteh, focusing on the district’s 2026 agenda.
PASIR PUTEH: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim chaired the 2026 Pasir Puteh district development meeting today. The session was held at the Pasir Puteh Land and District Office.
Anwar, who is also Finance Minister, arrived at the venue at 11.50 am. He was welcomed by Kelantan Menteri Besar Datuk Mohd Nassuruddin Daud alongside several state executive councillors and senior officials.
The special meeting included Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar. Public Service Department director-general Tan Sri Wan Ahmad Dahlan Abdul Aziz was also in attendance.
Following the meeting, Anwar was scheduled for a community engagement session. He planned to visit Masjid Gong Chapa for a meet-and-greet event at 1.30 pm.
