Luxury jeweller Lavin New York recognised for largest inventory of GIA-certified premium natural diamonds in a single brand outlet.
LUXURY jewellery brand Lavin New York celebrated its 29th anniversary by achieving an official ASEAN Records title, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey from New York to Malaysia.
The brand was recognised for having the Largest Inventory of GIA-Certified Premium Natural Diamonds in Finished Jewellery and Loose Diamonds within a Single Brand Outlet, with the award presented during its anniversary gala.
According to Lavin New York, the record reflects an inventory of 530 premium diamonds with a combined weight of 351.72 carats. Every diamond meets the Gemological Institute of America’s (GIA) standards of H colour or higher, VVS to SI1 clarity, Excellent Cut, and no fluorescence.
Founded in New York in 1997, Lavin New York’s story began after its founder spent two decades honing expertise in diamond craftsmanship. The brand expanded into Malaysia in 2018, initially operating from Bangsar South before relocating to its flagship showroom along Jalan Ampang in 2023.
Over the past six years in Malaysia, Lavin New York says it has served more than 20,000 couples and maintained a five-star rating on Google Reviews.
As part of its anniversary celebrations, the jeweller also unveiled 15 exclusive jewellery collections, offering customers a more curated approach when selecting engagement rings and fine jewellery.
The company said the collections were designed around its long-standing philosophy of creating the “One & Only Ring for your One & Only Love”, with each piece crafted to become a lasting symbol of commitment that can be passed down through generations.
Among its signature offerings is the brand’s illuminated Butterfly Ring Box, designed to showcase a diamond’s brilliance the moment it is opened.
Lavin New York said its focus remains on combining premium craftsmanship with timeless design, positioning each piece not only as luxury jewellery but also as a family heirloom that celebrates enduring love.
