On Thursday, 16 January 2020, LUSH held the Grand launch of its store at Sunway Pyramid, marking the second Lush branch in Malaysia.
The event was officiated with the Lush way; a symbolic act of untying knot-wraps by Mr Michael Poh (Director of Leasing, Sunway Pyramid), Mr Eric Tee (General Manager of Leasing, Sunway Pyramid), Mr Chan Hoi Choy (CEO, Sunway Malls and Theme Parks), Ms Harvinder Harchand (Director of Lush Malaysia), Mr Richard John Baxter (International UK Support Team), Ms Karen Foo (Store Manager) and the team from Lush Malaysia.
Media friends, influencers and Business Partners were taken on an experiential tour of the space, including product demonstrations and the introduction of the Lush Lens app designed to help customers go packaging-free with ease.
Adding to the fun was a live product making workshop of Sunnyside Bubble Bar and The Comforter Bubble Bar. The event ended with guests picking up their favourites at a Market stall concept displaying Lush products.
