HAVING the wrong order delivered to you is not a fun experience, but most of us would brush it off with a simple note or complaint to the customer service.
But one man, upon discovering he had received the incorrect dish, insulted the restaurant employees and demanded they pay for his petrol and toll fees as well.
In a tweet on X (formerly known as Twitter), @AbudiAlsagoff described to the employees that he arrived at the restaurant “on his Mercedes.”
He claimed he requested Curry Chicken and Nasi Kunyit, but what arrived was Hainan Chicken Rice.
“I arrived here in my Mercedes. I changed my food, therefore I put my Touch ‘n Go and petrol in it, right?
He continued, “No, I’d like to see your manager.”
He was not allowed to speak with their management; instead, he received RM20 as payment and had his order corrected.
There were roughly 737,000 views on the video. Opinions abounding in the internet comments highlighted the man’s behaviour.
An X user commented, “He’s the most conceited man. That’s how his behaviour is”
Another person remarked that “when such a thing happens, there is a proper way to lodge complaints.”
