Joseph Baena looks like the spitting image of his father, professional bodybuilder-turned-action film star Arnold Schwarzenegger. The well-built fitness model is the love child between the actor and former housekeeper Mildred.
22-year-old Baena was in the limelight recently when he showed off his muscular physique on Instagram. “Perfect time to practice some posing,” he captioned the picture of him flexing his back muscles for the audience to see.
Many noted that the way he posed and flexed his muscular body looked exactly like shots of his father during his bodybuilding heyday.
Baena, who is also an aspiring actor, recently held a free live workout session via Instagram Story where he flaunted his amazing physique in a pair of tiny red shorts.
He also often uses his Instagram account to document and promote his fitness journey with his father.
It is a happy end to tumultuous story that began in 2011 when news of Schwarzenegger’s affair (and of Baena’s existence) broke in the media, leading to the breakup of the star’s marriage with Maria Shriver, with whom he has four children.
Today, all parties involved have a reportedly amenable relationship, with Schwarzenegger maintaining close ties with all his children. As for Baena, he hopes to gradually build a relationship with his half-siblings.
