Tune Hotel KLIA-KLIA2 named as Asia’s Leading Airport Hotel for 2020

KUALA LUMPUR: Tune Hotel Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA-KLIA2) has been named as Asia’s Leading Airport Hotel for the second consecutive year by the World Travel Awards (WTA).

In a statement today, Ormond Group’s chief executive officer, Gareth Lim said the award is one of the numerous awards and recognitions that the group’s properties and brands have won this year.

Ormond Group is the parent company of Tune Hotel KLIA-KLIA2.

Lim said the hotel had achieved the milestone by edging out established contenders from international hotel groups.

“This has been a difficult year for the hospitality industry, but I am proud of the team’s efforts and perseverance in providing the best possible service to our guests,“ he said.

According to the statement, Tune Hotel KLIA-KLIA2 will introduce Asia’s Leading Airport Hotel ​​package; offering promotional rates on rooms and services at the hotel for the next twelve months.

“Repeat guests and first-time visitors alike will be able to avail themselves to rooms from as low as RM180 per night, a 20 percent discount on food and beverage offerings and space available upgrades to premium room categories,“ it added. — Bernama
