AME Elite posts record FY26 profit of RM284m, doubles dividend

PETALING JAYA: Integrated industrial space solutions provider AME Elite Consortium Bhd net profit more than tripled to RM283.97 million from RM92.1 million a year earlier for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26) driven by strong industrial property demand, strategic land sales and fair value gains on investment properties.

Revenue for the year rose 59.4% to RM970 million from RM608.6 million previously, mainly supported by robust industrial property demand and RM65.9 million in fair value gains net of tax and non-controlling interest, reflecting appreciation in its investment properties portfolio.

For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4’26), net profit jumped 122% to RM81.1 million from RM36.5 million a year ago, while revenue increased 61.6% to RM186.8 million from RM115.6 million. The quarterly performance was driven by operational growth across all business segments alongside fair value gains on investment properties.

AME Elite declared a second interim single-tier dividend of four sen and a special dividend of three sen per share. The ex-date is set for June 18, with payment scheduled on July 3.

Including earlier payouts, total dividend for FY26 stood at 13 sen per share, more than double the six sen paid in the previous financial year.

In a statement, executive director and group CEO Dylan Tan Teck Eng said the group remains focused on sustaining its growth momentum in FY27, supported by its Johor industrial parks, the progressive development of Northern TechValley @ BKE in Penang, and the upcoming i-Park @ Coalfields in Selangor with a gross development value of RM1.3 billion.

He said the construction and engineering division continues to strengthen the group’s growth prospects, backed by an external construction order book of RM557.5 million, while supporting its internal industrial park developments.

Tan added that the newly completed workers’ dormitory in i-TechValley has expanded the group’s portfolio to more than 9,000 beds, providing a stable recurring income base.
