Grand opening on June 27 to feature exclusive promotions, product-sharing sessions and entertainment activities for visitors
vivo Malaysia will officially open its new Concept Store with an Immersive Imaging Experience Zone at Sunway Velocity Mall on June 27, offering visitors a dedicated space to explore the brand’s latest smartphones, imaging technologies and retail experiences.
The new outlet is designed to provide customers with hands-on access to vivo’s devices and mobile imaging innovations. To mark the occasion, vivo Malaysia has lined up a series of promotions, giveaways and activities taking place throughout the opening weekend on June 27 and 28.
Among the key highlights is the brand’s “Buy 1 Free 5” promotion, which offers customers purchasing selected smartphone models a range of complimentary gifts valued at more than RM999.
Customers who purchase a smartphone from the vivo X300 Series during the promotional period will receive a vivo Buds Air 3, smartwatch, folding cart, vivo backpack and vivo thermos flask.
For purchases of the V70 Series, customers will receive a vivo Buds Air 3, TV sound bar, vivo thermos and vivo Cloud Bag.
Buyers of the V70 FE Series will receive a vivo Buds Air 3, power bank, vivo thermos and vivo Cloud Bag, while customers purchasing selected Y Series devices will receive wireless headphones and a power bank.
In addition to the purchase promotions, visitors can enjoy complimentary snacks, including cotton candy and popcorn, during the grand opening celebration.
Customers who visit the store at 1pm and participate in the Countdown Machine Game will also receive an exclusive vivo mobile phone lanyard, subject to availability.
The celebrations extend beyond the store through a social media campaign running from June 22 to June 27. Customers who share posts related to the grand opening event may redeem a complimentary cup of milk tea at the store, while stocks last and subject to applicable terms and conditions.
A major attraction during the launch will be the vivo X300 Ultra and vivo X300 FE Product Sharing Session, scheduled from 2pm to 3pm on June 27. The session will be hosted by local photographer Alexio, who will provide attendees with insights into the imaging features and photography-focused capabilities of the latest X300 Series smartphones.
During the session, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about vivo’s latest camera technologies and creative imaging tools. Those who register for the event will also stand a chance to win a vivo Exclusive Backpack through a lucky draw.
The official opening ceremony will take place from 12pm to 12.30pm and will feature a traditional lion dance performance alongside a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the launch of the new store.
Visitors can also enjoy live violin performances throughout the day, with two scheduled sessions from 11.10am to 11.50am and from 1pm to 2pm.
