(Review) Love, Rosie

SOMETIMES, expressing your love can be a difficult thing. Rosie (Lily Collins) and Alex (Sam Claflin) are walking examples of this statement.
They have been best friends since five years old. As they grow into their teenage years, they start to have feelings for each other.
But both are too shy and too proud to admit their true feelings. They are afraid that love will somehow spoil the friendship they have built over the years.
Alex wants to take Rosie to the prom and Rosie wants Alex to ask her for the prom.
But in the end, things do not go as planned and they end up taking different partners to the prom.
The movie will look at their relationship which spans over 13 years.
Each time they get close to expressing their love for each other, some obstacles come along and ruin that wonderful moment for them.
It looks as if there will never be a happy ending for this couple.
This cute romantic comedy will touch your heart and bring big smiles to your face.
Lead actors Collins and Claflin have churned out convincing performance. There is also beautiful chemistry between the two almost love-birds.
Still, I will consider the plot more perfect and suitable for a television movie than a cinema adventure.
The movie starts out as cute. But as the story progresses, I have to confess that I begin to find the plot a bit of a drag and the characters a little annoying.
If you miss this romantic comedy, chances are you need not regret it.
