New Sports Toto Malaysia in Ipoh

IPOH: The public can now claim their winnings in a more private and comfortable environment as Sports Toto Malaysia opened its Northern Regional office at 21, Jalan Centre Point 1, Jalan Baharu off Jalan Tolong here today.
It was previously located together with the sales counter at Jalan Raja Permaisuri Bainun.
Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn Bhd manager (sales operation) William K. C. Chang said the opening of the office is to meet the ever growing demand from customers and for easier accessibility. It has a designated area for walk in customers.
As part of the company's Corporate Special Responsibility (CSR) in giving back to the society, the local office is doing its part to assist its headquarters in driving the CSR initiatives that benefit local communities.
Winnings up to RM200,000 could be claimed at the Sports Toto offices in Penang, Kedah and Perlis.
While punters with winning tickets up to RM500,000 could claim it at the regional office in Ipoh and those who hit winnings more then that would have to claim their prizes at the headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.
The regional office is opened from 9am to 6pm on every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
On Thursdays it is opened until 3pm and from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
