Water disruption for customers who pay via JomPay: Syabas

KUALA LUMPUR: Customers of Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas) who use JomPay online payment facility to pay their bills will face water disruption from May 16-20.
Kumpulan Air Selangor Corporate Communications head Amin Lin Abdullah said the disruption was due to the changes in account numbers for Syabas and JomPay.
"Throughout the disruption period, customers can pay their bills at Syabas counters, via appointed agents, e-pay facilities at selected outlets, including MOL at 7-Eleven convenience shops," he said in a statement.
Customers with bank accounts can pay their water bills online via JomPay. — Bernama
