SELF check-in for all AirAsia and AirAsia X passengers traveling through KLIA2 has been fully implemented. Please take note as of today, May 18, 2016, counter check-in at KLIA2 is no longer available.
Guests are advised to conduct self check-in via these modes:
» web check-in;
» mobile check-in; and
» kiosk check-in (available at the airport).
For passengers with check-in luggage, they need to conduct their flight check-in before proceeding to the Baggage Drop Counters to drop off their baggage.
Web and mobile check-in can be carried out between 14 days and one hour before scheduled departure time for AirAsia flights.
Those on AirAsia X flights have 14 days or four hours to do so, before their scheduled time of departure.
Convenient and innovative features
» Self bag tag - Passengers can print their bag tags at home or at the airport kiosk, now available at KLIA2. Visit the airline website for a video tutorial on how to use this useful security feature.
» Dedicated service counter - There is a dedicated service counter providing assistance for passengers traveling with infants, those pregnant, have reduced mobility or have medical conditions or illnesses.
The above measures and innovative features are established to make travel on AirAsia and AirAsia X flights smoother and to ensure a seamless travel experience for all its guests.
They also make for more responsible, capable travelers who are abreast with today's advanced technology.
