Local indie band’s Endangered Species series brings together four acts under one bill.
INDEPENDENT band The Baby Cosmos is launching a new live music series aimed at giving more space to Kuala Lumpur’s DIY and indie acts.
Endangered Species Vol. 1 brings The Filters, The Baby Cosmos, Fuad and Open Privacy to PBKL on July 10

The gig series is being positioned as a platform for independent musicians, visual artists and other creative workers who help sustain the local live scene.
While it starts as a curated music event, the organisers plan to expand it in future to include fundraising efforts for Malaysian wildlife conservation.

The name Endangered Species refers to wildlife and to the independent artistes who continue to build their work through grassroots spaces, small venues and community support.
The debut lineup brings together four acts from different corners of the indie scene. The Filters will headline the show, joined by The Baby Cosmos, songwriting duo Fuad and young band Open Privacy.
Tickets and further details are available through The Baby Cosmos‘ and Endangered Species‘ official Instagram accounts.
