According to the charge, the man was accused of driving a lorry under the influence of drugs, causing a road accident that led to the death of a five-month-old baby boy who was a passenger in a car.

The offence was allegedly committed near the Kampung Sadek junction along Jalan Baru Kulim-Baling-Gerik in Baling at about 10.30 pm on May 7.
