Kelantan announces RM500 special financial aid for Grade 15 and below civil servants, plus 90% land tax penalty discount for residents.
KELANTAN: Civil servants in Grade 15 and below will receive RM500 in special financial assistance next year.
Menteri Besar Datuk Mohd Nassuruddin Daud announced the payment will be disbursed in early March to help with Aidilfitri preparations.
The state government has allocated RM4.97 million for the special aid initiative.
He confirmed the assistance will also be extended to political appointments, with amounts to be determined later.

Nassuruddin made the announcement during the Kelantan State Legislative Assembly sitting in Kota Darulnaim.
Additionally, he revealed a 90% discount on outstanding land tax penalties for all Kelantan residents.
This discount offer will be available throughout December 2024.
