Two men killed in three-vehicle collision on Jalan Mambau

Two lorry drivers died after a collision involving two motorcycles and a car on Jalan Mambau in Seremban on Sunday night

SEREMBAN: Two men were killed in an accident involving two motorcycles and a car on Jalan Mambau here on Sunday night.

Seremban district police chief ACP Azahar Abdul Rahim said the 9.34 pm incident involved a Proton Waja and two Honda motorcycles.

The motorcyclists, aged 41 and 46, were both lorry drivers.

The incident is believed to have occurred when one motorcycle entered the opposite lane.

It then hit the side mirror of the car before crashing into the second motorcycle behind the car.

Both motorcyclists suffered serious head and face injuries and were confirmed dead at the scene.

The deceased were sent to the Rembau Hospital Forensic Unit for a post-mortem.

The driver and passenger of the car did not suffer any injuries in the collision.

Police are investigating the case under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
