Coming up with birthday present ideas for your significant other years after knowing them can be a challenge especially when you’re out of ideas.
But one Malaysian husband, instead of turning in the towel, came up with the most adorable and funny birthday present for his wife’s birthday. Malaysian woman, Nurul Izzati recently shared images of a present her husband gave her for her birthday to her TikTok account @zatyadam.
Izzati’s husband had creatively made a custom coupon booklet with vouchers his wife can use over the course of the next year. The vouchers were purple in colour and had a timeframe of how long each coupon would last.
The vouchers were of different varieties: “Rest all day – not allowed to do any forms of housework – can be used for 24 hours”, “Have an afternoon nap without the disturbance of Adam and your husband”, “Foot massage, calves and thighs included free of charge” and even romantic activities like “Candlelight dinner for one night”.
Every coupon also came with a clause at the bottom, which stated that all vouchers could not be returned or exchanged with other people.
Netizens adored the idea of the custom-made coupon booklet and applauded her husband for coming up with such a unique gift to his wife for her birthday.
One netizen even commented that Izzati’s husband should start a business by creating these booklets.
