KIM Kardashian and Kendall Jenner walked proudly onto the stage to present an award at the 2019 Emmy Awards and showed off their figures in tight fitting dresses. However, they became a laughing stock instead at the end of their speech.
Everyone in the audience thought Kim poked fun at her family when she said, “Our family knows firsthand how truly compelling television comes from real people just being themselves.”
For those who follow or caught a glimpse of Keeping Up With The Kardashians will know that the show is anything but real people being themselves.
Kendall did try to claim that the reality show starring her family is “unfiltered and unscripted”.
It was understandable why the sisters looked pissed in that awkward moment on stage while being laughed at.
This was also because they were not briefed that the line on the teleprompter was supposed to be a tongue-in-cheek moment and is to be delivered as a joke.
Nevertheless, it’s reported that both sisters were good sports about it. After all, it wasn’t their first time being made fun of in public.
