CROMBOLONI has been going viral on social media recently. There are videos of the
bomboloni croissant combination being pulled apart revealing the delicious filling on the inside. So it makes sense that Malaysians too want a taste of it.
Unfortunately for one woman, her bomboloni craving took a depressing turn when the actual pastry did not live up to her expectations.
TikTok user bombolonia shared the 17-second video which first depicted her expectations of a beautifully prepared pistachio Cromboloni oozing pistachio filling versus the reality that she purchased, the top of the Cromboloni is sliced off and the filling is haphazardly poured over and inside the pastry.
