A SENIOR CITIZEN recently made waves online after a TikTok video of him showing off his physical prowess went viral.

This elderly man however, is not like any other as the 78-year-old used to serve in the 17th Battalion of the Royal Malay Regiment, according to @cgmai1 who posted the video.

In the viral video amassing over 1.2 million views at the time of writing, the veteran was shown performing push ups with only three fingers on each hand, displaying his flawless form with his nose almost touching the ground.

“Although he is 78 years old, he is still healthy and energetic,” said the caption under the video.

As the saying goes, age is just a number – however the elderly man’s vigour could be attributed to his years training under the battalion’s disciplined regime.

It is also confirmed in the comments section that the elderly veteran still leads an active lifestyle by exploring the jungle with his friends during his free time.
