Join Eric Tsang, Jack Lim for interactive live show in Malaysia

The Snake Show brings pre-CNY fun before Money Games hits screens

SNEAK into the Year of the Snake early at The Snake Show – helmed by Hong Kong and Malaysia showbiz veterans Eric Tsang and Jack Lim, respectively – on Jan 18, 2025 evening at the Arena of Stars, Resorts World Genting.

Organised by KXL Crossover, the show leads up to the upcoming Chinese New Year movie Money Games, which Tsang and Jack co-starred and co-produced.

Directed by Malaysian filmmaker Matt Lai, it follows Master Tsang (played by Tsang) and his team of undercover agents breaking up a scam syndicate.

Unlike Jack’s usual festive comedy flicks, Money Games marks his attempt at something different by highlighting current social issues. The movie was filmed on location in Hong Kong and Malaysia.

It also stars Hong Kong actors Bobby Au-Yeung, who is making an anticipated return to the silver screen, as well as Edmond So of the band Grasshopper. With unexpected plot twists, their characters will keep moviegoers on the edge of their seats.

At The Snake Show, Tsang, Jack, Au-Yeung and So will be joined by Malaysian cast members Haoren, Tomato and Ah Ya of Steady Gang, Jovi Heng, Wayne Thong, Jacqueline Tiang and Sandra Lim.

Coming together for the fun are Singaporean actor-comedian Jaspers Lai, local media personality Aki Chan, wacky ensemble Go Hell Holiday and new-gen pop group TE3N.

As the first-of-its-kind large-scale immersive interactive live show in Malaysia, The Snake Show brings the crowd into the world of Money Games along with its cast.

Besides games and performances, including reenactments of well-known movie scenes, audience members also stand to win prizes to welcome a year of abundance.

Tickets range from RM98 to RM298.
