KAZAKHSTAN expects to sign an intergovernmental agreement with Russia on the construction of Kazakhstan’s first nuclear power plant by the end of this year, Russia’s TASS news agency reported on Friday.
“We plan to sign this document by the end of this year,“ TASS cited the chairman of the Kazakh Atomic Energy Agency Almasadam Satkaliyev as saying.
