Man seen trailing his angry girlfriend from his car, netizens amused

A recent video of an argument between lovers in Johor Baru went viral, where a man was seen trailing behind his angry girlfriend as he attempted to persuade her to get back into the car.

The X user @thesemut uploaded a video of the incident, drawing the attention of Malaysians who were largely entertained by what had happened. The X post has had over 7,700 likes and over 6.2k repost as of the time of writing.

As seen in the video, the woman could be seen strolling along the side of the road in the 34-second footage, ignoring the Proton Waja that was slowly following her with the passenger window open.

Throughout the video, the driver of the car—who is thought to be the woman’s partner—can be seen chatting to her and attempting to “pujuk,“ or persuade, her.

Unfortunately, it was in vain as the woman appeared to be adamant about her choice and ignored the man as he strolled along the side of the road.

During then, the camera cut off abruptly, leaving viewers in the dark as to what happened next.

The video’s uploader cleverly captioned it from the viewpoint of a suffering employee, asking, “Why are you late for work? The traffic is backed up. Is something going wrong? Boss, a husband is attempting to win over his resentful wife.”

Many netizens found the situation amusing and expressed the hope that the man would continue to be patient in handling his partner’s pouting.

While another X platform user, however, stated that the woman shouldn’t have been walking by the side of the road while pouting since it is inconvenient for both her partner and other drivers.
