Kind Malaysian helps OKU teen robbed at TBS after arriving in KL for work, showing that compassion still exists.

FOR some, coming to Kuala Lumpur means chasing dreams — but for one OKU teen, it became a fight for survival.

The boy had travelled from his kampung to the capital, hoping to find work and start anew. But upon arriving at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS), his hope quickly turned into despair when he fell victim to a cruel scam.

According to TikTok user @ezzuchang, who shared the heartbreaking encounter, he found the teen sitting alone at the terminal — weak, barefoot, and visibly lost.

“I was at TBS, and a man told me he could offer me a job,” the teen said. “So I followed him, but suddenly he took my helmet, bag, and wallet before running away.”

Not only was he robbed of all his belongings, but he also sustained a small head wound, believed to be from being assaulted.

Seeing his condition, Ezzuchang quickly bought the boy food and drinks. He noticed the teen devoured his meal in silence, as if he hadn’t eaten in days.

As they spoke, the young boy revealed that he was an orphan and carried an OKU card due to learning difficulties.

“I don’t have parents anymore. I asked for food, but no one wanted to give me any. I’m embarrassed to be like this,” he said softly, fighting back tears.

Refusing to leave the boy stranded, Ezzuchang arranged a taxi and handed him some money so he could return home or travel somewhere safe.
The clip moved netizens to tears, with many Malaysians expressing heartbreak and empathy.

“Give that boy to me, I want to adopt him as my own child,” one user called noriahmddin offered.

“OKU, hungry, got robbed, his head was hit with a helmet, had no slippers, and has no parents, I feel you. He has such good manners. Thank you to the brother who helped him. May everything go smoothly for you,” NestloAis commented.

“He didn’t even ask for money, bro! He just wanted something to eat. Thank you, bro, for helping him,” Fiq wrote.

Many netizens were deeply moved and offered to help the teen in the comments.

“Bro, where can I find him? I want to offer him a job with me,” MF5_69 asked.
