7-Eleven appoints new deputy CEO, independent director

PETALING JAYA: 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd announced the appointment of Singaporean Hishammudin Hasan – who is a former director of business development at Berjaya Corp Bhd – as new deputy CEO last Friday. His appointment was effective Feb 10.
Hishammudin, 46, has been with Berjaya Corp since 2015, prior to which he was the supply chain director for Danone, Indonesia.
The company also announced the appointment of an independent director, Puan Sri Rohani Parkash Abdullah. She has a Masters in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, US (1995).
