Police post pictures of 75 wanted persons on official facebook

KUANTAN: The Pahang police have posted pictures and information of 75 persons who are wanted to facilitate investigations on various cases on their official Facebook, the Pahang Police Contingent Headquarters.
Pahang Criminal Investigation head SAC Othman Nanyan said there were among 1,770 individuals wanted by the state police for investigation of cases reported between 2010 and 2016.
"Also posted on the Facebook are the names of the investigation officers and the telephone numbers that could be contacted by the public with information on the wanted individuals concerned.
"We seek the cooperation of the public as some of them have addresses outside Pahang," he told reporters here today. — Bernama
