Kuala Lumpur joins world dates as she unveils Nothing’s About to Happen to Me, with eerie new If I Leave music video
ALONG with releasing her eighth studio album Nothing’s About to Happen to Me, Mitski has announced Kuala Lumpur as one of the additional stops on July 20 at Zepp KL for the album release tour.

The album is accompanied by a stunning and darkly funny music video for If I Leave off the album.
Set in a house breathing with menace and history, Mitski and members of her band perform within the spooky character of the house, as her music forms the throughline tying its eras and horrors together.
Personal vision, performed worldwide
Entirely written and sung by Mitski, Nothing’s About to Happen to Me continues the musicality that was established with 2023’s The Land is Inhospitable and So Are We. It also features live instrumentation by The Land touring band and ensemble arrangements.
Mitski will present Nothing’s About to Happen to Me in select cities around the world, with residencies in select major cities, with six nights in New York City, five nights in Los Angeles and four nights in Sydney across the next three months.
Additional stops from July onwards include Mexico City, Istanbul, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, London, Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta and Singapore.
