A decomposed male body was discovered wrapped in canvas and tied with rope at Pulau Angsa, with police confirming death by strangulation and launching a murder investigation.
SHAH ALAM: The decomposed body of a man wrapped in canvas was discovered among rocks along the shoreline at Pulau Angsa in Jeram, Kuala Selangor.
