Persiaran Perdana in Putrajaya will close in phases from November 23 to December 10 for the Rancakkan MADANI Bersama Malaysiaku event
PUTRAJAYA: Sections of Persiaran Perdana in Presint 2 will undergo staged closures from tomorrow until December 10.
The road closures coincide with the Rancakkan MADANI Bersama Malaysiaku programme and the 2025 National Public Service Reform Convention.
Affected areas include the vicinity surrounding Dataran Putrajaya according to official organisers.
Phase one closures from November 23 to 26 will block only two lanes along Persiaran Perdana.
The restricted section runs from Jalan Kemerdekaan traffic lights to Jalan Pembangunan traffic lights.
Complete road closure will commence at 12.01 am on November 27 continuing through December 10.
Motorists should exercise caution and follow instructions from traffic officers on duty.
Organisers expressed regret for any inconvenience caused by the necessary closures.
The Rancakkan MADANI programme runs from December 5 to 7 showcasing government achievements and policy progress.
The event aims to transparently present outcomes of the 2025 initiative directly to the public.
It will serve as a platform connecting citizens with national leaders including Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Cabinet members and senior government officials will also participate in the programme. – Bernama
