Segambut Bersatu deputy chief Adam Radlan Adam Muhammad will return to Malaysia to give a statement to the MACC regarding the MEX II highway project investigation.
SHAH ALAM: Segambut Bersatu Division deputy chief Adam Radlan Adam Muhammad will record a statement with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) regarding the MEX II Highway project investigation.
MACC Chief Commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki said Adam Radlan, who is believed to be in the United Kingdom, has assured his return to Malaysia to cooperate fully.
“His lawyer, Tan Sri Shafie Abdullah, has also submitted a letter confirming this,” Azam told reporters after an event at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Puncak Alam.
The anti-graft agency had been tracing Adam Radlan to assist in the probe into the highway project from the Putrajaya Interchange to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
He had previously faced 12 charges linked to the Jana Wibawa project.
Adam Radlan was later acquitted and discharged of all charges after paying a RM4.1 million compound.
